On the flip side, excessive government intervention represents too many cooks ruining the soup - Even worse, its a group of untrained cooks pulled from the alleyway behind a dingy truck stop diner on the side of a off-ramp road in the outskirts of Punxatawny, PA (and no, its not Groundhog Day).
